Do you ever find yourself in a funk, feeling kinda down about yourself, or inadequate? I’ve found myself here more times lately than I’d like to admit. (Maybe it has something to do with the raging hormones from being pregnant/giving birth? )

Whatever the reason, I know that being in Scripture is a good antidote.

Sometimes in my funk I find it hard to find inspiration or a verse that speaks to me. If you’ve ever found yourself in the same boat I wanted to help you out with this great list of biblical affirmations, a list of scripture pick-me-up’s if you will.

These are all things that are great to remember in the midst of a funk, and since they’re based in the Word you know for sure it’s true!
